Darwin Golf Club teams participate in a number of external Pennants competitions and the club also runs its own annual Internal Pennants tournament. The Internal Pennants tournament is one of the highlights of the golfing season for many members. |

| The internal Pennants tournament is open to Men, Women and Mixed teams. The NTGA Pennants program for Women is yet to be finalised and therefore not included here. See Robyn Winter for more information. |

Division 1 Pennants

| Division 1 Pennants is an inter-club competition with teams from Alice Springs, RAAF, Palmerston and Darwin golf clubs participating. The teams are made up of the lowest handicapped players from each club. The competition format is Match Play using the President's Cup format: Foursomes, 4BBB and Singles. |

| The DGC team is selected by the Captain in consultation with the Team Manager. |
Division 2 Pennants

| AKA "External" Pennants. |
| As is the case with Division 1 Pennants, Division 2 Pennants is also an inter-club competition. Only Top-End clubs participate (number of teams in brackets): Darwin [2], Palmerston [2], RAAF [2}, Humpty Doo [2], Jabiru [1] and Katherine [1]. |

| The Darwin Golf Club teams are selected by the team captains. If you are interested in joining a Division 2 pennants team, contact the club Captain, who can tell you who the team captains are. |
Internal Pennants

| The Internal Pennants competition, generously sponsored by Harvey Norman, is played during the wet season, usually starting in December. The competition is Match Play between 16 teams of 8 players. The 16 teams are divided into two Conferences; Northern & Southern. The winners of the two conferences meet in the final to determine the winning team. |

Teams are selected by the 16 team captains. The competition allows Male, Female and Mixed teams. If you are interested in taking part in this very popular event, see one of the club captains, who can tell you who the team captains are.
